State the building use, the footprint, the eave height, the bay spacing and the clear span. A buyer example is a 90 ft by 150 ft warehouse with an 18 ft eave and 25 ft bays. Add design wind speed, wind exposure category, ground snow load and seismic design category when you have them. Name the code jurisdiction, the quantity, the destination and whether the price line is shell, delivered, installed or turnkey.
Say if the primary frame is hot-rolled steel and whether purlins and girts are in the same offer as the insulated metal panel. Note the foundation interface, the transport envelope and who provides the crane lift plan. Drawings that the form cannot hold can be listed and sent after the first reply.
Missing wind speed or a missing destination pauses the comparison. We do not publish a clock-time service level, because the supplier reply sets the quotation date. A shell number and a turnkey number stay on different rows: the shell leaves slab, utilities and erection with you, while the broader scope still needs a written exclusion list.
