Privacy Policy for BeamSpan Sourcing

This policy describes how BeamSpan Sourcing handles business contact details and project information sent through the inquiry form. The site does not ask for consumer payment cards. It does not publish a street address or a telephone number.

Information you submit

The form collects name, work email, phone if you provide one, company, and the procurement requirement. Optional notes may include a building family, a USD budget, a per-building or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those notes are merged into the requirement text at submission when JavaScript runs. They are not separate accounts stored under new field names on your behalf.

Why it is used

We use the brief to understand the building use, specification, quantity, destination and timing, and to contact factories that may quote. We use your email or phone to reply. We do not sell the brief as a marketing list.

Who else may see it

A supplier needs the technical content to price the work. We share the project facts required for that quotation. We do not need to share unrelated personal history. Hosting and mail providers process the transmission so the form can reach this desk.

Browser storage for sourcing benefits

The browser stores the first benefit display time in local storage to limit display to seven days. A session storage flag remembers when you close the benefit ticker or popup in that tab, including after a refresh. These display preferences do not contain the project brief or contact details.

Retention and access

We keep a brief while the inquiry is open and for a limited follow-up period after it closes, unless a longer period is required for a dispute about that inquiry. You may ask what we hold about your business contact by writing through the same form and identifying the company name and the email you used.

Limits

Do not put sensitive personal data into the requirement box. Project addresses and site constraints are relevant. Health information, government identity numbers and banking passwords are not. Transmission over the internet can fail or be interrupted. Keep your own copy of the brief.
