Terms of Service for BeamSpan Sourcing

These terms govern use of the BeamSpan Sourcing website and the inquiry form. BeamSpan Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. It is not a manufacturer or an authorized dealer. Submitting a brief does not create a purchase order, a dealership, or an affiliation with any brand named in the brief.

What the site does

The site explains how to describe a pre-engineered steel building or a related site structure so factories can quote on a shared basis. Catalog names are inquiry options. They are not stock, not a warranty, and not evidence that a named brand product will be supplied.

Your brief

You are responsible for the accuracy of use, dimensions, design loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, timing and scope. If you add an optional USD budget, label it per building or whole order. A supplier preference of premium, mid-range, budget or undecided is your instruction, not a rating prepared by this desk.

Quotations and decisions

Any price, lead time or document comes from the responding supplier and can change. Shell, delivered, installed and turnkey figures are not interchangeable. Code compliance, permits and structural acceptance remain with you and the professionals you appoint. BeamSpan Sourcing does not seal drawings and does not pull permits.

Acceptable use

Do not use the form to impersonate another buyer, to request personal data about third parties, or to present this site as an official channel of another company. We may decline a brief that lacks a business purpose or that asks us to claim an identity we do not hold.

Liability limit

Information on the site is for procurement preparation. It is not engineering advice and not legal advice. To the extent the law allows, BeamSpan Sourcing is not liable for a supplier error, a site condition you did not disclose, or a loss that follows from comparing quotations that used different scopes.
